German joined U Have It Maid in 2021. As a former band director and school administrator, he brings strong organizational and management skills to the team. His goal is to provide solutions to each customer for all their cleaning needs.
Silvia has been with U Have It Maid since 2016. Her role includes setting up the schedule, customer service, and to support our cleaning teams throughout the day.

We are a family-owned and operated business, run by Dolly Otto and her son, German. Dolly began cleaning homes as a way to support her children’s after school activities. Much to German’s chagrin, sometimes Dolly would have him join her after band practice to complete a job. Who knew that many years later, they would be excited to team up and work together to run a cleaning company!
