The name causes some confusion, so here is the short version. A one-time cleaning is a standard clean delivered once. It does not include the detail work that defines a deep clean.
Choose deep cleaning when
The home has not been professionally cleaned in a while, baseboards and blinds are visibly dusty, or you want doors, frames, cabinet doors and light switches all hand-wiped. That is our deep cleaning service, and it takes longer for good reason.
Choose post-construction cleaning when

Choose move-in/move-out cleaning when

How to Get the Most From One Visit
- Pick up clothes, toys and paperwork so the team spends its time cleaning surfaces, not working around clutter.
- Put away jewelry, cash and anything fragile or irreplaceable.
- Let us know which rooms matter most. If guests are arriving, the guest bath and kitchen come first.
- Turn off the alarm and share entry instructions if you will not be home.
- Mention add-ons when you book so we can plan the time.
Honest Limits
Because this is a standard visit, we do not clean inside dishwashers, washers or dryers, window tracks or sliding door tracks, or anything above a 2-step ladder. Hard water is common across the area, and heavy mineral buildup on glass and tile may not fully come out in a single maintenance visit. If you are unsure which service fits your home, call and describe it. We will tell you straight.
